We pick a county and a trade. We buy the web address, write the pages, set up a local phone number, and put the website online. We pay for every bit of it. You pay nothing while this happens, and you never pay if the website never works.
If you got our letter, the website already has your name on it. Open the link, read the agreement, tap once to agree, and put a card on file. Nothing is charged until you enter the card.
No letter? Tell us your county and your trade at the bottom of this page. If we have a website there and nobody has claimed it, it is yours.
$5 a month to start. That price stays until the website has sent you ten inquiries, or six months have passed, whichever comes first. Then it is $39 a month, flat. No build fee. No charge per call. No share of your revenue. You pay full price only after the website has shown you what it does.
If you cannot pick up the phone, our attendant can answer for you, take the caller’s name and number and what they need, and send it to you in writing right away. That is the Gold plan, $99 a month. Everything else is the same.
One website. One county. One trade. One contractor. While you hold it, no competitor can be on it, advertise on it, or buy it out from under you. Every call it brings in goes to you.
If you have ever bought leads, you know the usual deal: the same customer is sold to three or four contractors, and everyone races to the lowest price. This is the opposite. The customer who finds the website finds you and nobody else.
We keep the website online and keep working on where it shows up when people search. Whether the calls are worth the fee is your call to make. If the phone is not ringing enough, cancel with 30 days’ notice and stop paying. No cancellation fee. Nobody calls to talk you out of it. Every customer the website ever sent you stays yours.
You get: the only spot on the website. A local phone number that rings your phone. Every call it brings in. Recordings of those calls, for the day you take one from the truck and need the address again. Your business listed correctly in the five places people look. A report every month.
You do not get: the web address, the website files, or the phone number. Those stay ours, and we keep them working. You also do not get any of the work. We buy, build, write, host, and maintain. You do your trade.
