Most home-service contractors are good at the work and indifferent to marketing. They know they should have a website that shows up when someone searches their trade in their county, and most of them will never build one. Agencies want a retainer plus a build fee and hand back a site the contractor then has to maintain.
We take the other side of that. We pick one county, build a real website for one trade in that county, publish it, and work on getting it to rank. When it starts producing phone calls and form inquiries, we lease it to one contractor in that county for a flat monthly fee. He gets the inquiries. We keep owning and maintaining the site.
If it stops being worth the money, he stops paying and we lease it to someone else. There is no build fee, no contract term, and no long-term commitment on either side.
Business Administration, LLC has been in operation since 2015. The CountyCall lead-generation portfolio is new — our first market site launched in July 2026, and we are actively adding counties.
We say that plainly because contractors deserve to know what they are buying. We are not going to show you a page of testimonials we do not have or claim a client list we have not earned. What we will do is show you the actual call recordings and inquiry counts a site has produced before we ask you to pay for it.
