Introductory pricing applies while a site is still establishing its rankings and call volume. The step up to the standard rate is written into the lease before you sign, with the date stated — we do not raise the price on you by surprise. Larger or unusually competitive counties may be quoted differently; if so, you are told before you sign.
Included at no additional charge with a leased site. Available separately for contractors who are not leasing a site, priced by expected call volume. Ask for a quote.
Quoted per project. We do not publish a rate card for this because scope varies too much for a number to be meaningful.
Leases bill monthly to a card on file, on the same day each month, beginning the day the site is pointed to you. You may cancel at any time with 30 days' written notice to billing@countycall.com; you are billed for that final 30-day period and not afterward.
If we fail to keep the site online or fail to deliver the inquiries it produces, tell us. If we cannot fix it, we refund that month. We do not refund a month because the volume of inquiries was lower than you hoped — search demand moves with weather and season, and that risk is why the fee is flat rather than per lead.
